I like romance, and I do consume them a lot, but kind of not in genres that don't revolve around romance. I feel like the romance ends up overtaking the plot a lot of times and I just end up hating that. It's really rare for me to enjoy romance in actions. To be honest I've seen a lot of people talk about Jinx on this site already, and many people have been dragging Jaekyung (rightfully so) he IS a selfish toxic abusive fucker and a rapist. I think it just depends on the story;
Some author’s (across the bored) just put a lot more work into developing the relationships between the mc and other male characters than the mc with their female counterparts – so I think its to be expected that people will gravitate towards those pairings.

I just don't like how they made some of the matches as a weak person and some love interest are just annoying all together not all of them. Also most of the time its unnecessary, i fr don't ship alot of mc's to others
