Yeah I read it. But I immediately dropped it when when I got to the cheating part. For me, cheating is a no-go. Especially if sex(or even just thinking about it) is involved. I dropped quite a few mangas and manhwas. It usually because of:
MC gets back together with a character that treated them like trash and humiliates them and/or r@pe them or watches them get r@ped / pushes them past their limits for "punishment" (Usually bad portrayed BDSM).

Overly abusive lover and stories that hint or may even have shown that someone will eventually die in the story. Would also drop story that have so many characters enough to shadow the main (especially romance stories since I hate side couples stomping the main well not most of the time,since I can hold a bit on other stories tho especially cute o...... reply
Well the only one I've dropped was Liebling because it was just so awkward. I remember the last chapter I read when there was a man breaking in and they were both sleeping naked together and the big guy was trying to wake him and his big old slob was touching the guy and I just felt so uncomfortable reading it(￣∇￣") 3 reply

Anything with incest. Cousins, siblings, ew. If they're second cousins I can usually force myself to pretend they aren't related, and usually the story never really mentions it again anyways, so I basically just erase that part from my mind. I hate it when I'm getting into a story and its revealed they're related :( reply
