Of course IRL I feel completely different about rape and abuse but in mangas/webtoons honestly, it used to not bother me much since it was just fiction...UNTIL I MET ASH LYNX. Tbh I don't really mind abusive characters THAT much (don't like them tho) because I can clearly differentiate my fiction from reality and recognize why the character may create harmful implications and stereotypes to certain communities. I think the issue lies when people can't do that. They always say "it's just fiction, it doesn't impact MY real...... reply
