I always think about love since I was young. you know the little girl dreaming about her prince but well now I'm an adult and still want to believe in that true love. but now all my expriences and stories of people around me just prove me the opposite! not one in my acquaintance have exprience that pure love (without breaking, cheating..) even my parents even though they are still together...

It does exist, but it's not gonna come in the shape of a prince charming or some other bs. Real love takes a lot of effort from everyone involved, it has ups and downs (though if you're breaking up and cheating you're not suited for each other). Think of it like having a best friend (friends if you're poly), but with the sexy stuff included. reply
Yes, I think that real love exists. Despite their many many arguments, my parents have been together for years. Why? Because they love each other. reply
I always thought of ~true love~ as a fictional thing because if true love really did happen in reality like it does in fiction, then it wouldn’t be true love. Maybe it didn't thousands upon thousands of years ago because it is likely that love is an evolutionary process in order to reproduce and settle down. I'm gonna be honest, I don't think pure love has ever existed when it comes to romance. Even the best of couples go through hardships.
