Can you be asexual and still like to have sex?
I mean no offense by this question and am just generally curious about what you guys have to say. I have just seen a few people online claiming that they’re asexual because they aren’t attracted to people sexually but still enjoy sex and to me it seems like it defeats the purpose of being asexual. I get if you’re asexual and can still have sex, but so long as you get pleasure from sex doesn’t that mean you’re not asexual?
Hi, asexual here. Asexuality is about sexual attraction, it has nothing to do with whether or not you want to have sex. Some asexuals have no sex drive and no desire to have sex, some asexuals do have a sex drive and do have sex.
