I dont get it

Ok so like you know in bl or like anything with a rich male top whenever they go out they always have their hair slick back and like I don't get it? Some guys always like " better " from the hair from before but honestly, it's ugly af. Anyways I don't some of yalls straight germs so I can't tell are men with slick back hair really that attractive???
