I would think that semen could be irritating for the skin and depending on who you get it from, could smell really fucking bad. Also, you could maybe get STI's from it. You really don't get anything from semen. The protein isn't enough, the zinc isn't either, and there's no real proof that it helps with anything except for youtube videos and... you...... 1 reply
