why is it that every time i'm about to talk to a stranger or someone who i'm not so familiar with, i start overthinking and it'll take a while before i gather up courage to talk to them. i can hold a conversation without stuttering, but i'll shake and panic the whole time. it's getting in the way of group projects. what should i do?
Omg I feel the same try to take deep breathes and don’t think about what they might think I know it’s hard but it helps not wondering what they will think about you or what might happen just take a few deep long breathes and try to not force urself to go talk to them to early hope I helped u :) reply
