I take really good care of my mental health. If I feel bad, I tell someone. I don't care if they want to do anything about it or not, if it makes me feel better to let myself out then I'll do it. If I say I need time for myself, I will hiss at anyone who approaches me. Call me selfish, but I prioritize myself more than everyone.
