This old dude from full metal alchemist who turned his daughter to a chimera(ughh, I forgot his name) and kabuto from naruto(idk why but he annoys me more than orochimaru).
I fucking hate Koichi so much. He's so IRRITATING. The saddest part of jojo was when koichi was saved from the brink of death. All he does is complain and he's so hesitant about everything.
