Can I have a minute please?

I know that people here on this site aren't medical professionals or anything but I just need some of your time please.

I am a person with a bunch of worries and insecurities and I have parents that think little of these kind of things and don't care about it.
It became a really big problem for my mental state since I was criticized from being anxious and insecure.

I tried seeking advice from my parents which took a lot of confidence from my socially anxious self and got cussed at in return. Even though I confessed about my anxiety, they always joked about it everyday. They always ask questions about who is pretty/handsome and who is not and I always end up being the only one called ugly.

I just can't imagine that even my own family became the source of my anxieties despite knowing about my current state. I hope you all don't take it as some sort of joke or anything. Please be aware of how others might feel. As a result of these happenings, I became mentally unstable and developed depression.
