I hate school
so first day of school and i'm having a mental break down after so long because of homework. Yall know a good way to calm down? Cause i can't stop crying and my tears are not letting me do this fucking work
Make a study plan. Organizing things helps feeling less overwhelmed. And be indulgent with yourself. Take small breaks, focus on your breath. Don't worry it's just the beginning you'll feel better when you'll be more used to pressure and to having a lot of things to do. Fighting! reply

take lots of deep breaths and focus on getting one thing done at a time :) also go drink some water it might help reply
Maybe listen to music and take several deep breaths if you need a break maybe walk around the house for a bit or even just in ur room try to fidget with somn just try to relax ur brain it isn’t good to force urself so much. Ganbate. reply
