Yaoi is Fetishizing MLM (men love men)
What do you guys think about yaoi? From the LGBTQ+ community, (which I am a part of) many gay men has said that yaoi fetishizes mlm and that they feel uncomfortable whenever girls are talking about how much they love yaoi. As someone who’s part of the LGBTQ+ community, I would obviously pick to believe the gay men. What do you guys think?
Personally I view Yaoi and real gay men as completely different. Much like with any relationships I don’t care much about the romantic or sex life of real gay men. I think anyone would be uncomfortable if fujoshi’s started talking about Yaoi and I think the subject is best kept to yourself. reply
I'm also part of LGBTQ+ community and while I do read yaoi, it's basically gay porn. It's just like men watching lesbian porn. Talking about it makes people uncomfortable and that should not be a surprise.

I honestly don't care what people are reading and yaoi is not the problem its what the consumers do and act what they desire onto real people. Its that toxic mindset that disillusioned the yaoi genre. I'm a bi guy and I have read a lot of questionable things in yaoi that i enjoy reading so, read whatever stuff you want idgaf I don't really care ab...... reply
