once my mom starts scolding me with a stern voice or if she yells at me, ill cry
its stupid ik
i also start to hyperventilate if i think about unpleasant thoughts (mostly related to my mom) so i try to calm myself down
also when it comes to texting friends, if they leave me on read or give me an out of character response, ill start overthinking...... reply
