i like to draw while listening to music, just making little OCs or stories sometimes i make fluff ones but sometimes i make angst ones just so i can like relate to my character. This ones more like a temporary in the moment type of thing, it won’t help in the long run (if you’re asking for genuine coping mechanisms) but I also recommend reading......   reply
