If you’re using Safari in an iOS device that means that there’s a restriction in your settings. Go to Settings—>Screen Time—>Content & Privacy Restrictions—>Content Restrictions—>Web Content—>Unrestricted Access, and boom, it’s back. If there’s a password, then you’re fucked.
