How do you deal with stress?

Barricade myself in my room so I can be alone, scream into a pillow until I can barely talk anymore, watch a bunch of anime and binge eat, then go to bed crying.   reply

I go to gulag with the ´boys´, disguising myself as a man, and killing people with my bare fists, pretending they´re people I hate :)   reply

I cry, I want to die, I stop cry, I realize how dumb I was to try and swallow pills to die, I laugh at myself, it is over.   reply

I just come here, look at question's, they help me. I also sometimes I do troll to get a funny reaction out of people to.... (sorry about that boku no pico fan fiction) Or, sometimes I ask these people for help, they have good advice.   1 reply
