When I was 12 I was a hardcore weeb and my other friend, who I got into anime and wasn't as into it as I was, suggested I watch superlovers. At that point I didn't really know there was a whole genre for yaoi but it didn't really surprise me that there was. I started watching more yaois and then reading the mangas and now I'm addicted.
