Anyone succeeds at learning Japanese and learned it because of anime?

Self studied N5 for 4 months now, idk if I'm slow but Japanese is hard lol...
At least I can understand and remember by heart Unravel lmao, that's the first thing I wanted to do after learning some basic grammar
