I usually look at the artsyle of a manwha/manga first then, I look at the plot. I get more interested in twisted stories rather than more straightforward ones. I didn't really like walk on water tbh;; it took me 6 hard attempts and 4 months to read it. I drop mangas/manwhas over shitty scans. reply
So much of yaoi/bl is just straight up fetishization, it's disgusting and makes it very hard to read/get through. All the rape, dainty/feminine bottom/trad masc top stuff is so annoying. I'm not a fujoshi and don't even read a lot of BL because of it, once in awhile though a good story will come out with an actually cute couple who arent just toget...... 2 reply

The Fujodanshi fandom kinda deserves the hate imo with some questionable takes at times and being hyprocrites.
But generally, I know some of the Fujodanshis are generally wholesome and enjoy their bl's and yaois in peace. Tho the bad apples tend to be the loud minorities group imo reply
The majority of the people in the fandom are chill. Most people just want to mind their own business. But people will go to Tiktok and see some crazy 13- or 14-year-old kid sharing crazy shit, and people will use that as a justification to lump the entire fandom together and shit on everyone in the fandom.
