help! tw: eating disorder

Can someone please help me? I was purging and I saw red start coming up, which is weird because I didn't binge on any red foods. I don't know if this is blood or something but I took a peak inside my throat and it was really inflamed and red. Erm, I'm really scared right now. I can't tell my mom either because she doesn't know about my eating disorder. Is there any possible way I can treat this at home without her knowledge? Many thanks!
