I think it depends on the person. Fujoshi’s/fudanshi’s are just readers that are into a different type of content that includes gay relationships. It’s just like someone reading shoujo manga for a straight romance, but it’s gay! But there’s also people who read yaoi and sexualize gay people/relationships which is totally not ok.
