You have to look at the account. If it is created at the same day as the question and has litteraly nothing else done on this site, then it is a troll.
That is the case with most of the more disturbing questions. reply
I haven’t been diagnosed but I sure as heck have depression, I also have major anxiety because I’ve been getting anxiety attacks lately, also if I make weird questions it’s just a joke lol, totally not true,,,(￣∇￣") reply
