why don’t i have any thoughts?
can somebody explain to me why i don’t have any? it sounds weird and ik people are gonna be like “ this is such a lie your brain is always thinking “ well for me my mind is super quiet , the only times i have thoughts are right now , the voice that’s reading what i type in my mind and when i force myself to think cause i realized i’m not thinking. i’ve asked my parent and looked in google and they’ve said it’s a coping mechanism but i want to get rid of it , i feel so alone it’s so sickening for me. ╥﹏╥
Honestly, I think you're /over/ thinking things. When you focus too hard on thinking it tends to stop, that's what meditating is. If you have a voice that will read out what you read on the screen, you have thoughts.
And here let's do an exercise to prove it.
If you go back and read what you posted, what kind of voice do you hear? Male? Female?...... reply
