Do you ever think that reading yaoi is wrong? or maybe, something inside you not right? I like to read manga, yaoi is one of my fav. but every time someone know about this, they look at me with weird faces. some people ask me, what do you like in yaoi manga? I just say, I like it. Is that answer alone wrong? they asking me the same again and again. sometimes, when gathered with my friends *are they my friends or not I don't really know*, they telling jokes but by saying like I'm not normal, be careful with me or something like that. there was one time that someone talking to me, 'hey, I know what you like to read. you like that kind of manga right? I heard it from your friend. don't worry I'm not judging you.' and that person telling me that, *My friend says what I like and explain to some people without my knowing. am I over dramatic? I like to share about yaoi manga but that is if the other person like it too. because I know not many people open-minded about yaoi manga. so, is reading yaoi wrong? am I wrong? {sorry for my bad english} ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
Short answer: There's nothing wrong with liking gay romantic manga or pornography, but yaoi as a genre is very flawed.
Long answer: The main problem is that Yaoi is by straight women for straight women, so you can imagine how it'd be pretty inaccurate and fetishistic. I'm a pansexual dude who reads a fuck ton of this stuff, and I have yet to read ...... reply
