so i do edits on after effects and i started to do some manga animation but i was wondering if anybody that does manga animation also have any tips for moving like the hands arms
aaa, I don't use AE but I can help with separating body parts. When it comes to taking the characters apart I recommend making a new project and using a green screen background. I will use Hatsune Miku as an example mikus hair is in three parts cut from the middle and to sides, her two giant pigtails don't separate so use the mesh tool to move them...... reply
What i do, i edit arms and fingers in different layers( in photoshop or paint tool sai) so i can move it with puppet pin
