Does your appearance seem like it changes each time you look in a mirror?
It sounds weird haha (￣∇￣") to explain it I'll give an example, so sometimes I'll look in the mirror and I think I look somewhat decent the other times I'll look and notice my nose or smth looks really weird or I just dont look decent like I did before. (it's the same mirror each time btw haha)
Yea definitely. One day I looked in the mirror and was genuinely surprised at how skinny I was. Like I know I’m considered to be generally skinny but I never really see myself like that so it was a shock. The next day I looked in the mirror and I thought I looked way bigger, even though I obviously hadn’t changed at all. 1 reply
