nah fr though I lose braincells every time there is both shounen ai and yaoi tagged in a BL manga. It's either one way or the other but idk why its like that.? I'd be nice if they can properly be categorized as either one rather than both but its mangago so not much to say about it really. unless theres a proper reason to it, i don't see the need to have both very different genres under the same manga
i stopped caring abt it so it doesnt bother me anymore. usually mangago just goes w the tag where they originally get it from. some scan grps on mangadex tags it as both shounen ai and yaoi so theyll just copy that
but if ur talking abt the tag users can make, then ig they also just followed the original tag mangago placed reply
