I'm having surgery in my nose today, and I'm really scared about what's going to happen to me. Sure I'm going to be asleep, but what if something bad happens? I'm just super scared right now, and honestly, I don't know how to calm myself down, please help?
Stressing is the worst you can 'do' before a surgery, so try your best to relax.
I know, you didn't chose to be scared...but don't worry, okay?
It may be difficult, but negative feelings won't help at all.
Statistically speaking, there's wayyyyyyyyyyy more chance that nothing bad at all will happen! ^-^
