Self hating is a habit?

I always talk shit about myself more than anyone and I'm worried bcoz I kept talking shit about myself as a daily basis and basically I'm immune to any insult bcoz I'm used to talk shit about myself. & yea I repeat I talk shit to myself 3 times now
