Transmasc DIY binder

I’m seeing a lot of young transmascs on here so here’s some tips that might help:

If you don’t have a binder DO NOT USE ACE BANDAGES. They aren’t good for you and can f/ck w your top surgery.

If you want to make a DIY binder you can use either sports bras or tank tops

If you are using sports bras you want flip them around and layer them on top of eachother

When you are putting them on you want to push your bre/sts up and towards your arm/to the side to flatten them. Don’t push them down.

If you are using tank tops; same thing; layer them on top of each other and push your bre/sts up and towards your arm/to the side to flatten them.

If you start feeling like you can’t breathe, take it off. Don’t wear it for more then 8 hours. Don’t wear it while exercising
