Constipation *cries*
--I am currently dealing with constipation, i know this is not the best site to ask for help but I'm desperate, or maybe this is just me wanting the company of other people even if it's just through words (I feel so helpless right now lmao) I always end up crying when dealing with this, I feel so scared and anxious, and going to the bathroom when I need to go number 2 has never been the same, I've tried everything I can like drinking plenty of water, excercising, but not so much on eating fiber rich food, just because my family rarely eat them, and stool softeners don't seem to help much, atleast based on my experience.
--the thing is, im very anxious and scared to go to the bathroom again

well thats a little akward, but i had that problem too not to long ago. and my advice would be some prunes juice (like for baby) first and if this doesn't work well a intestinal lavage would be the second option you can talk to a pharmacist for more information.

Don’t worry happens to everyone sometimes. You are doing good with drinking water, but the only real way to help with constapation is diet. Eat lots of veggies, and if you don’t get fiber in your food buy fiber capsules/dietary supplements. They usually are not too expensive, and will be the key to keeping everything flowing nicely through the ...... reply

Drinking plenty of water is good. - try warm water and herbal teas and avoid cold water/fizzy drinks (they make you bloated, which doesn't help). Prune juice always helps me. Also, fiber. I think they make fiber tablets, so you don't actually have to eat food that's full of fiber. You SHOULD get more fiber, but...yeah.
I said fiber a lot, so maybe throw in dairy, if you're lactose intolerant. 1 reply
You can try drinking green tea, the organic stuff not the fake kind with a bunch of weird things in it..eat some kale or try aloe vera, you want to get the highest organic percentage you can..i haven't tried drinking it but I used the gel in my hair and apparently used to too much, my bowels were happy, me not so much so just be careful with how mu...... reply

I think you shouldn't get discouraged what you're doing is pretty good, don't stop what you're doing, keep drinking a lot of water and doing exercise.
If you can eat a bunch of plums or raisins they're super good! Also as some :) have mentioned try drinking tea after foods.
Well it really helps digestion for me.

I think you can try consuming yogurt before you go to sleep. Yogurt can help the digestion system in your body. I always do that whenever I get a constipation :) reply
Everyone's suggestions so far are really good. And what you're doing is good too, drinking plenty of water and exercising. Try to eat some prunes and pears as well.
