How often do you cry?

I don't mean to be nosy or personal, I'm just a little curious. I hardly ever cry, and the last time I had a "good cry" was in early February. Any other times were just me tearing up due to sad anime or something.
I don't express my emotions too often, and people tell me I seem careless and/or easy-going. I've never thought of myself like that tho? Tbh, I'm really sensitive and get embarrassed by everything. But like I said before, I don't express my emotions. I also can't word my feelings very well...
I suppose maybe it's because I get angry more often than getting sad...? I'm not too sure. Having a positive outlook is something fairly important to me. If I'm feeling unmotivated or down or worthless, I tell myself, "you're never going to get anywhere if you don't do something about it." or "being negative isn't going to help you accomplish anything." But it's so cheesy and then I get super embarrassed even though I just said it in my head. ( >//< )
Ahh sorry for talking about myself for so long. But I really wanna know. How often do you cry? I feel kinda weird since I never cry and barely understand my own, and other's feelings. And if you don't mind me asking, what makes you sad?

I cry easily when I'm watching films and there is that emotional moment. Irl, I'm not often sad enough to cry but I tend to cry when I feel powerless and really angry. reply
I only cry when things are too emotionally overwhelming
Like a few days ago when my dad kept threatening me to force send me to physical school because he doesn't want to deal with getting emails on my absence and blame everything on me if we got covid even though the reason I didn't attend online classes was because of my mental health skyrocketin...... reply
I cry a unhealthy amount because i'm Known as the one cheerful and happy person at school and people never think of there's something wrong with them there could never be something that fucked up their life.

No I don't sometimes I can't cry and that's shit is annoying! Sometimes I just wanna cry n let everything out, but no fucking tears!!!
