Going out in public, speaking to people, needles, attention, and social media. I had a bad panic attack a couple of months ago when my brother attempted to introduce me to his friends. It was really embarrassing... crying on the floor of some stranger's home while my brother held me (love you, teto!). Luckily, they were all really kind about it but...... reply
