Can't find this bl

I was looking through past conversations between a friend and I and found this ahegao screenshot that was sent by me. The screenshot was taken February 12th so obviously the bl was made sometime before that. Unfortunately this picture is all I have of it. I don't remember the author, plot, nothing else. But if anyone recognizes either the art style or the actual thing please tell me. Thanks
