dealing with insomnia or just restless sleep
I’ve been having a hard time falling asleep (oof what a surprise) I have this very disturbed sleep constantly waking up or just worrying even though I did all my homework I just keep waking up during the night and can’t seem to fall asleep and right when it’s time to wake up it hits me and I feel like passing out yet I have to drag my ass to school lol. I guess nothing new and almost everyone on here I’m sure has expirienced this I just want to ask how you guys deal with it I know some push through it others have recommended to just relax meditate to help fall asleep maybe do yoga which I tried and it does calm me down but I have so much energy at night it makes me wanna kms. Do you guys have anything you personally do that helps you fall asleep or releases all tension ya know what I mean? :,)
I can totally relate to you, sleep is stressful (but like why tho lol) any way. So ways I go to sleep are sleeping earlier than you usually do it might make your brain think its time to sleep earlier. Or take naps. If you keep waking up naps are probably a better solution (I sound like an old man). That way you'll get. Better sleep in the long run....... 3 reply
