10 really young I know. I vaguely remember this app it was called kissmanga I think or kiss something, (the app was taken off the app store) and then it started. I can totally relate to you, sleep is stressful (but like why tho lol) any way. So ways I go to sleep are sleeping earlier than you usually do it might make your brain think its time to sleep earlier. Or take naps. If you keep waking up naps are probably a better solution (I sound like an old man). That way you'll get. Better sleep in the long run....... 3 reply
