Have you ever failed your younger self?
What is something that you expected out of adulthood when you were young and as you got older, you realize it's impossible?
For me, my family was very strict against desserts and junk food when I was growing up. My only childhood goal was to have money and a car so I would be able to buy my own junk food and sweets whenever I want. As an adult now with both of those things, I cry at the thought of calories in junk food and I can't eat sweets without feeling like my teeth will fall out.
Absolutely, I used to want to have great grades, have a part-time job at 16 and work towards going to a good university.
I ended up failing math in 11th grade and going on to having average grades about everywhere, having a summer job but no part-time, and not caring whether I go to college or not
