Are straight women that read bl manga fetishizing?
I’ve seen a lot of people on here argue about this so i’m gonna give my take on this. Probably gonna get cancelled
So my answer is yes but, if that’s the only kind of media they consume then it’s fetishization and they use it to get off then it’s fetishization.
This also isn’t based just on my opinion. I’ve asked many different members of lgbtq+ community that i know and a lot of have agreed with me. Some others disagreed but yea I just wanted to see you guys’ opinions.
I'm a straight female, but one of the reasons I read BL is so that I wouldn't have to compare myself to the other females if it was in a heterosexual relationship in manga/manhwa. But I also read them too! I just want to see almost everyone's relationship grow and work out! It's really cute when they achieve their happy ending! I've got nothing aga...... reply
