I just gotta say that some people on here be making me hate Yaoi more and more. Like that one special chapter in BJ Alex where Seme fucks Uke when he’s asleep, I almost puked.

Tryna block off everyone else, especially since I consider yaoi/josei/yuri just a hobby of mine and I wanna read in peace. Yaoi genre is basically just more of a fetishized version of bl ( if not all then most of them ) and I utterly despise this . A yaoi doesn't get much popularity if it's not fetishized .Who are to blame in this ? I’m okay with whatever your preferences are but it would be great if you don’t say it’s disgusting. Yaoi is something many people enjoy and of course, in a community, there will be bad people.

But to be fair, yaoi is the gay equivalent of hentai, which means it's usually smut and covers different fetishes.

I agree with you like in multiple yaoi people are out here getting raped and fucked when they are drunk or sleeping and it’s sad to see it normalized but I don’t think you should hate all of them bc of that there are definitely some out there that doesn’t contain scenes like that you just have to find the right one 1 reply
