Harada stans are disgusting
Fuck Harada stans. I recently read the manga “Happy Shitty Life” (I’ll put the link at the bottom) the story glorifies rape and the so called “love interest” makes the victim apologize to the RAPIST FOR HIMSELF GETTING RAPED. and I know some of y’all are going to say “oh but that’s just harada” um idgaf who made this piece of shit manga. Harada stans really fuckin amaze me too. Like one of their stories is about a child who gets literally raped and groomed and then “falls in love” with the pedo and they FUCKING END UP WITH EACHOTHER. Even worse it’s romanticized. Y’all who like harada and say it’s ok to make these mangas are fucked in the head and need to stop reading for a while bc now you can’t even distinguish between what’s right and wrong. I don’t care if you don’t agree with me. It's not a romance, it's psychological horror.........(the author tends to draw more messed up stuff in their comics) It's just the urge to write something messed up even if you don't support it. I like writing gory and messed up stuff time to time cause it's a way for me to vent in a way. I like the art style and pacing of the stories so.... reply
I'm not a Harada stan but I do like their work, their stuff is all fucked up and that's the point. It's not supposed to be glorifying the subject, it's supposed to be showing you how fucked up the situations are. A lot of their stories don't necessarily have a "happy ending" because situations like those don't always have a happy ending.

First of all, I think you need to calm down. It isn't that big of a deal. These are works of fiction, and if they're getting you THAT upset, then maybe it's you who needs to step away for a bit.

Did you ever consider the author is using the story as a means of societal commentary? That taken to it's extremes would only serve to convey the underlying message of abhorant acts themselves are damaging? C'mon now. Horror isn't meant to be moral, like "oh murder and terror is bad..mkay" there's a deep psychological backing behind being afraid of...... reply
Big fan of Harada here. I understand where you're coming from, the topics in her works are triggering and uncomfortable, but to be honest saying "fuck you" and that we're "fucked in the head" is rude, uncalled for, and honestly just gross.

bruh... why do people always assume some of harada's work is supposed to be romantic. THESE ARE USUALLY IN THE PSYCHOLOGICAL GENRE. Nii-chan isn't meant to be romantic or fucking yaoi. It's suppose to explain how grooming effects children. That's why it's in the psychological tag. Though I agree, the ending wasn't the best, but it is a great book. ...... 1 reply
