How do you guys feel about straight men consuming shounen-ai (or even yaoi material) media and straight women consuming girls-love (or possibly yuri material) media? I feel like its not talked about enough, even though its the tiniest bit common. When I was in my strictly straight days (ew heteros) I read some GL and I actually liked it and ventured into yuri when I felt a bit risky. I also have straight male friends who dead ass read BL content. Is it weird? Is it fetishization??? HELP!!! tysm
Not gonna touch the gl part of the conversation. I'm not wlw so it's not my place to speak on it, or in this case even have an opinion on it. Not to mention there's *plenty* of wlw people on this site who are probably more than happy to talk about that.
