Hey this is just a quick warning about calorie counting. Yes you will definitely lose weight if you count and restrict your calories. Though you must remember that calorie counting can take a major toll on not only your physical but mental health. I was like 20 pounds “over weight” and I decided to lose that weight by calorie counting and I did lose that weight in under a month but I continue to lose weight till I was 6ft and 105lbs. I was admitted to a mental hospital were they force fed me it was a very horrible experience. If you want to count your calories pls make sure you are mentally stable enough for it also make sure you understand that you can very easily gain back that weight pls be super careful if you do it and honestly it’s just better for you if you don’t. Make healthy choices and remember to eat today
As someone who has gone through the struggle of counting calories, it certainly did not do me any good. I easily obsess over things and it felt so overwhelming... - I've had an ED for two years tbh, I would not wish it upon anyone. Lately I've been doing a lot better since I stopped dieting but it's definitely not an easy thing when it has been on ...... reply
