Have any weird anxiety triggers?
Music that’s edited to be sped up or slowed down makes me anxious for some reason idk it just feels wrong and off putting. (No offense to people who like songs when they’re sped up or slowed down)
The phrase "life will teach you" or "you have to change" by anyone is a instant trigger cuz my family made me feel i wasnt worth trying nor enough even when i was at my happiest (but weirdly i dont mind me addmiting these when needed)
