The villain that scared you the most when you were a child and why?

Which villain scared you the most when you were a child? It could be from anime, manga, videogames, movies, animated movies, tvshows, etc.

Mine are:
1. Claude Frollo, especially when later in my adolescence and then adulthood I understood what he WANTED from Esmeralda, it really freaked me out because I didn't "get it" when I was a child; 2. Nemesis from Resident Evil,
3. IT and I fucking hate clowns;
4. The Evil Queen in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs ...she was so fucking cool but scary as a villain I still have nightmares of the dungeons with the skeletons.
