I'm currently in the city , this is happening in my village where my dad is from. We're invited.This is supposed to be ILLEGAL in my country but apparently the dude is some religious preacher so whatever is happening is holy. I get the feeling that you're from India for some reason...(I think panchayats only exist there, if I'm not wrong)
