Ok so, I started begin afraid of talking to people I know irl- Like a lot of people write to me and I'm scared to check messenger. I'm not afraid of them. And I avoid everyone- Usually I was active very often but now I'm active once in 3 days and if I am then only for like 10 minutes cuz I'm getting stressed (like im not scared im more stressed I start shaking and sweating) I never was stressed to meet or chat with people (irl I don't have this problem) I met some friends and I wasn't stressed. But im stressed when I go to messenger
It can have a lot of mistakes here but idc now and because im in rush and im hungry
For me, if I get stressed out on social media or anything, I try to take a break. I think you should maybe try to do that too. There's nothing wrong with not replying to messages that you don't want to read. You can just let them be on "seen" or whatever. Another idea would be totally taking a break from messenger and just letting important people ...... reply
