Ok so, I started begin afraid of talking to people I know irl- Like a lot of people write to me and I'm scared to check messenger. I'm not afraid of them. And I avoid everyone- Usually I was active very often but now I'm active once in 3 days and if I am then only for like 10 minutes cuz I'm getting stressed (like im not scared im more stressed I start shaking and sweating) I never was stressed to meet or chat with people (irl I don't have this problem) I met some friends and I wasn't stressed. But im stressed when I go to messenger
It can have a lot of mistakes here but idc now and because im in rush and im hungry
i hope this all it's not just a joke-
well, if you're serious about this then take a break from it for a while. go eat, drink some water, draw- whatever you like to do and then try little by little to get comfortable again on there. like talk to your friends, take breaths, talk more. you're gonna be okay. it doesn't seem that you have social anxie...... reply
