Jealousy Problem?
I'm only asking because I need fucking help with being jealous. I fucking hate when I get jealous about someone I'm close to talking with someone other than me. Its sounds super fucking messed up and I hate being like this....for example I'll see that person walking with another person and I just feel...abandoned. ITS SUPER FUCKING ANNOYING AND IT MAKES ME SOUND HELLA NEEDY

i used to get worried about the same stuff but i was just anxious they'd like them more and leave me. it took me years to not care, but it got better after i tried to communicate some of my anxieties more.
