I can’t live without sunglasses. I never realized how much struggling with eye contact affected me, but once I started wearing sunglasses a lot and I had that barrier there I immediately felt less insecure.
Bucket hats, any long-sleeved piece of clothing, mask, and gloves
I hate showing my face.
And I have this weird phobia of touching certain people.
